Warranty Information

All products (with the exception of custom boards) ordered from BG Boards Inc. come with a 90 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated. Your warranty begins the moment you receive your package. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use, you may submit a request for an RMA number within 90 days of receipt. Once the RMA number has been issued, you will have 15 days to take the item to a post office, UPS store, or FedEx Store to have it mailed out or your RMA code will expire in our systems. Please note that for ALL returns of any kind, unless due to manufacturer defect or damage during shipment, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s). If you choose to return cornhole boards for any reason we will need digital photos to ensure we receive the boards in the same condition. These can be sent to us via email (either with a cell phone or camera) to support@bgboards.com. Please include your invoice ID and RMA number in the heading of your email.

Obtaining an RMA Number

Before sending any items back you will need to contact us for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number.  In order to provide you with an RMA number we will need your original order number that can be found on your receipt. We will send you a return authorization form with the request for an RMA, this must be present with your returned package in order for us to process the return. If you are missing or have a damaged product you must contact with us within 90 days of receipt of the merchandise. If your request is after the 90 days, BG Boards, Inc. reserves the right to exercise its discretion in regards to your request. BG Boards, Inc. cannot be responsible for any lost shipment of returned merchandise during the shipping process. The customer will be responsible for the package until it reaches our location. We suggest that you receive tracking information when you ship back a package to ensure its safe arrival. 

Custom Boards Policy

Custom boards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a custom order is placed there will be no returns or refunds available, so please be 100% certain that you want the items you are purchasing. If the custom boards are damaged during shipment, we will need to be notified of this within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. If damage during shipment occurs we will need digital photos of the damage sent via email (either with a cell phone or camera) to support@bgboards.com. We will not provide replacements or repair parts if you are exceeding the 3 day limit of receiving the products. The terms and conditions listed above will be applied to all sales made from BG Boards, Inc. We urge our customers to read all of the conditions before placing their order with us. If for any reason you do not agree with the terms stated, please do not place your order. BG Boards would also like to notify all customers that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at anytime at our sole discretion.
